BASIC DESIGN PROFILE The basic design set is based on the Concept design set, in which the standards have been included and the calculations made correctly. The site plans, sections and elevations are clear, accurate and complete with information to clearly show the characteristics, size of components and alignment of components, architectural details. The technical systems of the building are clearly shown on the drawings, and reaching a consensus among architectural, electromechanical and structural systems.
In this design stage, the design dossier includes all subjects such as Architecture, Structure, Mechatronics, Light Electricity.
The estimation (BOQ) will be optional.

The technical systems of the building are shown in detail and installation specifications on the drawings, and reach agreement with the other design disciplines.
