Agribank announced the competition to figure out their own building languages  all over Vietnam. Our concept proposed a new architecture language for the whole Agribank’s buildings all over Vietnam with different building’s scales. The concept came from the symbols of Vietnam and the origins in Vietnamese traditional life, that is bamboo. We bring the bamboo trunks to the building facades with groups of three running in random arrangement, some positions on facades are pulled back to create windows with plants growing around. Those window plants are watered by the rainwater irrigating systems of the building. The window plants are taken according seasonal plants.

The building envelop and the optimized-area floor plan made the concept win the the Special Recognition in this competition.
