The office building is located on Hoang Ngan Street, with a typical, crooked street of Hanoi, with a series of townhouses on the street, the roadway and sidewalks are not very wide.

This location is accessible by two directions, mainly from Le Van Luong Street, it will be easy to see the building.

The current state of the building is a semi-ancient facade with horizontal and symmetrical vertical units, the window is deep inward, the height is 9 floors. And Tan Phuc Hung Company owns a 5-storey building next door.

The company has ordered us a facade design that connects the two buildings together and makes them look like a single building. The current structure system will not change.

Analyzing the status of the building, we find this really a difficult problem because the two buildings have two different core systems. So what visual aesthetic solution can be applied here?

We thought of Randomness, or Random (in English), to create spikes on the surface.

Starting from the thoughts of the investors who are industrial zone investors, we want to convey the image of typical common ground plans of industrial zones to this area.

Another factor that influenced us was the love of the artist Piet Mondrian. Piet’s paintings make us think of an improvised order, combined with the compartments in a common planning ground. The random arrangement is really fun, they help the two works no longer divide at the height.

Moreover, we understand the deep thoughts of the head of a business, a person who is always learning and developing, moving forward with bold thoughts but having a profound background in education, and want to convey them here. So we came up with the idea of ​​creating letters as a background and putting in the keyword keywords of Happiness, Human Development, and the driving factors of a business. If you stand in front of the building, you may not realize it, but gradually you will recognize those keywords on each vertical plate, and it will lead you from the bottom to the top. A random and unforgettable experience.
