Welton Affordable housing located at the corner of  Welton street and 26 street, right at the lightrail station toward downtown Denver.  With its own potential location, the housing was created as the most attractive structure of the area and it should exploit the place as a lightrail station.

Continuous coming and leaving trains delete the dying surroundings and bring  fresh environment tothe area with group by group getting on and off the trains, as well as the coffee shop, a small boutique shop support the atmosphere.

Especially there is undeground three-level parking for lightrail riders to leave  their cars there and ridelight rail to down town. This is an strong point in the design in term of increasing the financially income for building users and making the building an essential part of the whole neighborhood.
