The property is a row house type in Ecopark residential. Each house has living areas in upper floor while commercial area is on the ground floor.
Houses are grouped in blocks. That is the way to come up with different concepts of facades while the diagram of each house still the same.
One concept has the same facade for each house in modern Indochina style, that facade has overhanging at stores, two layers of windows in brown traditional colors ofwood.
The other concept has a facade composition for each block which does made the continuous houses connected.
