The complex located in a narrow and long property, near downtown of Ho Chi Minh city, comprising of public service buildings, villas with several types and row houses. The owner wanted to optimize the area in order to have the biggest number of houses.

The design came up after the study model, positioning houses along the property’s perimeter, left an open space in the center. With the wish to maximize the area, houses were pulled toward perimeter, and making undulating roofs.  That created an eye-catching facade of all buildings.

The central garden goes along the property that all villas and houses share, where all the living rooms of villas have view to. From the central skeleton walkway in the middle, there are alsoshort way to each villa, and some parking are made here.

The house types are classified according to family’s size, they are from two-family houses, one-family house, double houses, and tube houses. All the residents share a service building which has a mini- super market, a swimming pool and a cafe-restaurant.
All the structures follow an architectural style, the main reinforced concrete structural system shaped by the form of drifting is the base for secondary shapes putting together creating eye-catching and lively compositions, and a good way of material applying
